1. About Our Products

We specialize in handcrafted marble murtis, statues, temples, sculptures and customized marble artwork.

Since many of our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, marble veining, carving and finish may occur. Such variations are characteristics of natural marble and handmade craftsmanship and should not automatically be considered defects.

2. Product Images

Product images are provided for representation purposes. Due to photography, lighting, display settings and natural marble variations, the actual product may have slight differences from the images shown on the website.

3. Product Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors.

4. Custom Orders

Customized products may be made according to the customer's selected deity, size, posture, design, finish, ornamentation and other specifications.

Once production has started on a customized order, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Orders may be subject to verification of payment, product availability, delivery feasibility and other requirements.

6. Payment

Customers are required to complete payment according to the payment terms communicated during checkout or quotation.

For customized, high-value or made-to-order products, advance payment may be required before production begins.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, customization, production time, destination, logistics and customs requirements.

8. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import restrictions or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless specifically stated otherwise, such charges are the customer's responsibility.

9. Inspection on Delivery

Customers should inspect the package immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage should be reported to us as soon as possible with photographs and an unboxing video where available.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Return Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions and other materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shree Vaishnav Moorti shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, courier interruptions, customs delays or events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, war, civil disturbances or other unforeseen events.
